This license agreement applies to all free and premium products in our store.

This license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to make use of the digital file you have purchased.

You can use our digital files to create an unlimited number of different End Products. End Products being edited photos, designs, or other visuals.

You can sell End Products created using our digital products, to any number of people. As explained further on, the End Products must not contain the original file itself. Meaning you could sell an edited photo to a client, but you couldn’t sell a product that includes the original digital files.

You can’t re-distribute our digital files. By purchasing these digital files, you agree to the Licensing Agreement. Sharing, copying, selling, or redistribution of our derivative works are also prohibited.

You can’t incorporate or distribute our digital products with an End Product. But you may link the users of the End Product to where they can directly license the digital products.

This basically means you can’t include the digital file in to a file you are selling or sharing, but you can link them to the RoxyOceanStudio page where they would get it from.

Finally, this license can be terminated at any time, if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop using the Tool or App and delete it from your computers.
